Shipping Information
All of our items include FREE SHIPPING to delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is additional. We do not ship internationally. Please note: some addresses in very remote, rural areas (mountains, very narrow or unpaved roads, etc.) or urban roads with limited access (excessive tolls/high traffic/one-way streets, etc.) may incur additional charges. If you think you may live in one of these areas, please contact us for rates prior to making your purchase.

Our primary goal is to have your purchase arrive as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. Whenever possible, smaller items ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, USPS Parcel and Priority mail. If the item(s) you order are too large and/or heavy to ship with any of these methods, we will arrange shipping via LTL (less than truckload) freight carrier.

Unless otherwise stated FREE SHIPPING is curbside delivery. For liability reasons, delivery drivers may not enter your home, apartment building or office building. If you ordered a large heavy item, please be prepared to move larger items by having help available. Inside delivery may be available at an additional charge. Please contact us for more details.

Deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company, however it is not guaranteed. If you are not home to receive a scheduled delivery and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply.

Please make sure you provide us with the correct address for your shipment. If the address we were given is incorrect and must be changed after your item is shipped, a re-consignment fee may be incurred.

A signature is required at the time of delivery. Under no circumstances can the driver leave items outside of the house or apartment unattended. We always expect delivery drivers to be courteous and to deliver items within the scheduled time frame in good condition. Please understand that the truck drivers are representatives of the freight companies contracted to deliver your order to you and not of our company.

Orders usually take 1-3 business days to process. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be delivered. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, please allow up to six weeks for delivery. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of a full refund.

Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged. Depending on the severity of the damage, we may contract a professional furniture repair company to fix any damage. If necessary, we will send replacement parts or replace the entire item.

Items shipped freight must be inspected before signing the freight invoice. When your shipment arrives please be sure to check all boxes for any signs of damage (such as dents, holes, etc.) Any damage must be noted on the freight invoice before you sign it.

If no damage is noted on the freight invoice it will be assumed that the damage was incurred after delivery, and will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is any problem with your shipment.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase send the item back within 30 days and we will happily refund your payment, less the cost of shipping. Buyer must pay for all shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original packaging and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Items damaged in transit will be repaired or replaced. Please contact us for return authorization.

Although we always do our very best to make every transaction flawless, inevitably a small percentage may end up less than perfect. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and allow us to correct the situation. We will do anything within reason to favorably resolve any issues.
